2001- Made 15 appearances as a freshman, starting eight times...Among the team leaders in ERA (4.17)...Posted a 2-4 record and a 4.17 ERA...Pitched 49.1 innings, allowing 33 runs (23 earned) on 52 hits, walking 23 and striking out 31...Held opponents to a .269 batting average...Was 0-3 with a 6.33 ERA in seven Big East appearances...Pitched 27.0 innings in Big East Conference games, giving up 25 runs (19 earned) on 38 hits, walking 10 and striking out 17 batters.
