Villanova hosted Xavier on April 18, 2015 and held Military and First Responders Appreciation Day.

On Campos: Plays the game with a high level of energy and is an excellent athlete ... Possesses very good catching skills and works well with the Villanova pitchers ... Gained a good amount of experience over the past two seasons and has the potential to continue improving his offensive skills ... Will work to earn a role behind the plate this season.

Career: Has played in 46 games with 16 starts in his first two seasons on the team ... A .200 hitter (12-for-60) with 11 runs scored, four RBI and two doubles ... Has a .342 on-base percentage with nine walks and four hit by pitch ... Struck out 23 times ... Has two sacrifice bunts and one stolen base in four tries ... Pinch hit twice during the season and got hits each time ... Recorded 37 putouts and eight assists without committing an error ... Had a season-high nine putouts against Philadelphia University; BIG EAST: Appeared as a defensive replacement in conference games against St. John's and Creighton.

Archbishop Stepinac High School: Was a catcher and an outfielder during his career ... Prior to his senior season was named to the Lohud preseason second team, then followed that up by earning all-city honors and a spot in the NYC Mayors Cup game ... Career highs during scholastic career include a .439 batting average, a .756 slugging percentage and 28 runs batted in.

Club Baseball: Played for Team Citius for two years ... The team was ranked in the top 10 among U-18 teams both years ... Individual honors earned include 2013 Perfect Game Underclass Honorable Mention and 2014 Perfect Game Northeast Region Honorable Mention ... Was also invited to be a Preseason All-American for Baseball Factory in 2014.
