Sophomore (2008): Was Villanova's 7th runner at the NCAA Championships. Also helped the Wildcats finish 3rd at the Big East Championships with his 36th place individual finish. Made great improvements in his strength throughout the Cross Country Season.

Freshman (2007): Redshirted the cross country, indoor track and outdoor track seasons.

High School: School record holder in the 600, 800, 1000, Mile, and 2 Mile. Nike Outdoor National Champion in the 4xMile relay. Ran a split of 1:50.8 on Collegiate's 4x800 relay. Was also 2nd in the mile at the Indoor National and New York State meet. Coached by George Calano

Personal: Born 24 April 1989 in New York, New York. Has lived in Manhattan his whole life with parents Christopher, Janice and younger sister Jillian. Majoring in English.
