After redshirting the `08 cross country season, Reid is looking forward to regaining the number one position she held on the team as a freshman. Tremendous leader with a winning attitude, Reid is poised to take over the team leadership role previously held by the now graduated Frances Koons. 2008 - Redshirted 2007 - At the Penn State Invitational, Reid was the first freshman of the field with her 18th place finish. Again at the Big East Championships, Reid crossed the line as the first freshman and number one runner for the Wildcats in 7th place. Next up were the Mid-Atlantic Regionals where Reid finished 12th earning All-Region honors and a trip to the NCAA Championships. She rounded out her freshman year with solid experience at Nationals and a 148th place finish. |
