Freshman (2008): Redshirted Cross Country. Joe ran 20:19 for a 4 mile race at Haverford College, as well as a 9:08 3200m. Redshirted the 2009 indoor season to prepare for the Under 20 race at the USA Cross Country Championships, where he placed an impressive 26th. High School: Won two 1600m state championships, as well as multiple district and regional championships. Joe had high school personal bests of 4:13 for the 1600m, and 9:17 for the 3200m.
