Established a new personal best of 46.07 in the 100 free at the conference meet and also qualified for the 200 free ... Set new personal bests in the 200 free (1:40.05) and the 500 free (4:35.65) at the Terrapin Cup Invitational ... Placed sixth in all four freestyle races at the Terrapin Cup meet and registered a season-best time of 21.12 in the 50 free ... Won six races in dual meets during the season, including sweeping the 100, 200 and 500 free against Boston University ... Took first in the 50 free and the 100 free against Seton Hall and won the 500 free in the season opener versus La Salle and Syracuse ... Both of those times were the fastest on the team during the season ... Won nine individual races during the season and was at least a double winner on four occasions ... In his collegiate debut, was victorious in the 100 free, 200 free and 500 free against La Salle in the season opener ... Took first place in the 100 and 200 free against both Georgetown and Seton Hall ... Captured first in the 200 free and 200 IM against Providence in the final home meet ... Added six runner-up finishes and two third-place showings to his resumé for the year ... Finished in the top three of every dual meet race he entered ... Advanced to the "B" level final at the Terrapin Cup Invitational in the 100, 200 and 500 free ... Also reached the "C" level final in the 50 free, which he swam for the only time during the season at the Maryland meet ... His time of 1:42.35 in the final race at the Terrapin Cup meet was the fastest on the team all season; RELAYS: Swam the leadoff leg of the 400 yard freestyle relay in a tri-meet against George Washington and Drexel and also in a dual meet against Georgetown (Villanova took first place in each race) ...
