Location: Haverford College Indoor Facility 370 Lancaster Ave. Haverford, PA.

Entries: Entries due by 12:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4th. Fax # 610-519-6875. Entry form is attached above in PDF format. Just print the pdf, fill out the form and fax it back to the above fax number.

Entry Fee: An entry fee of $5.00 per athlete. Make checks payable to Villanova University Track and Field.

Check in: Athletes must check in 30 minutes prior to the start of the event or be scratched. Heats will be drawn after checking in.

Order: In all events women will run first.

Equipment: No Spikes are permitted on the track. Throwing implements must be certified and will be weighed. Starting blocks will be furnished.

Sports Medicine: VU Sports Medicine training staff will be available on site. Trainers from other schools will have access to this area. Emergency medical technicians, ambulance and doctor will be on call.

Parking: Available in the South lot, area bordered by the nature trail

Food: No Food or drink (except water) allowed in field house.

Results: All results will be posted at Villanova site.

Eligibility: Individual events open to all amateur competitions. NCAA rules will be followed.

Weight Throw: Will be contested at Villanova University at 10:00am
