This past weekend, the Villanova men and women's track & field teams competed at the Widener Invitational. The Wildcats had a number of top victories on the day including Mark Blattner in the discus and hammer, Tom Parlapiano in the 800m, Pat Moore in the shot put, Jaclyn Fontaine in the 400m, Carre Joyce in the 1500m, Sharon Byam in the 100m hurdles, Melanie Rhodem in the 400m hurdles, Christina Heyward in the triple jump, Michelle Ezzie in the pole vault, and Melina Boykin in the shot put, discus and hammer.
