The Federal Privacy Act of 1974 requires that you be notified that the Media Relations Department keeps a file on each student-athlete containing biographical information and press clippings, as well as various photographs.

The information obtained by the Villanova University Media Relations Department aids the office in the preparation of media guides, game programs, press releases, and serves as background information for interested members of the media.
