Position: Swim Complex Intern
Start Date: June 1
End Date: May 31
Pay: $1,000 per month; no benefits

Qualifications:

Required Certifications: Lifeguard Training/First Aid/CPR
- Preferred Certifications: Lifeguard Instructor/WSI/First Aid/CPR
Job Description:
- Reports directly to the Aquatics Director;
- Select, train, supervise and evaluate student lifeguard staff;
- Assist with day to day operation of aquatic facilities (Pavilion pool and St. Mary's pool);
- Coordinate setup and breakdown of events, meets, and special functions;
- Administer payroll for student lifeguard staff;
- Log and track usage of aquatic facility;
- Maintain all required logs and documents in accordance with local and state requirements;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Requires some evening and weekend hours.
