Angel Piccirillo Named BIG EAST Female Athlete of the Week
After leading Villanova with a fourth place overall finish at the Princeton Interregional Meet over the weekend, junior Angel Piccirillo (Homer City, Pa.) was selected as the BIG EAST Female Athlete of the Week by the league office on Tuesday afternoon. This is the second time in her career that Piccirillo has won the award, with her first honor coming during the past indoor track & field season.
