Villanova's Director of Athletics Vince Nicastro Accepts New Position at the University with Moorad Sports Law Center
Villanova University today announced that Vince Nicastro has accepted a new position at the University as Associate Director of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law at the Villanova University School of Law. Nicastro will continue in his role as Athletics Director until a successor is appointed. The University is immediately beginning a national search for a new Director of Athletics, and has retained a search firm and formed a search committee.

The terrific season that the Villanova varsity eight boat has had will continue this weekend when the Wildcats compete in the famed Henley Women's Regatta in England. The opportunity travel overseas is a prestigious honor for Villanova, which is making its sixth trip to the Henley in the past 22 years. Racing begins on Friday afternoon for the Wildcats, who are one of nine teams competing in the Senior Eights category. Those nine teams will all be vying for the GP Jefferies Memorial Trophy.
