The $100 deposit is non-refundable except in the case of injury or illness or mandatory school event. If a cancellation is made for any other reason, tuition will be refunded less the $100 deposit if the cancellation is made prior to June 10, 2013. Refunds will not be issued after June 10, 2013 for non-medical reasons.
ONCE THE CAMP SESSION HAS BEGUN THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF INJURY OR ILLNESS. The convenience fee associated with online registration is non-refundable.
In case of illness or injury during the camp week, pro-rated credit will be issued for the 2014 camp season.
To request a refund, campers must contact the football office. We must have documentation of the injury or illness before we can process your refund. You may submit these items by email, fax, or mail.
Refunds will be processed according to form of payment. (If camp fees were paid by debit/credit card, the refund will be processed as a credit to the same card. If camp fees were paid by check, cash or money order, a check made payable to the original remitter will be mailed.)
